Resale Agent

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 25, 2026

Purpose

Resale Agent is a private tool used by its account owner to prepare and manage resale listings on eBay.

Information used

When authorized, the application reads the owner’s eBay account and active listing information for a private resale dashboard. The owner may also save seller-entered intake notes, manual sold-comp observations, and pricing assumptions. This information is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

Data handling

Access is limited to the eBay permissions the owner approves. Authorization credentials are encrypted and used only to operate the owner’s resale workflow. Active-listing reads are discarded after the dashboard response. The current dashboard does not persist buyer messages, buyer payment details, orders, buyer offers, or photo files.

Changes and questions

This policy will be updated if the application’s data use changes. Questions or privacy requests may be made through the account owner who operates Resale Agent.
